Biofuels could account for 22% of transport energy mix by 2050: IRENA
Biofuels could account for almost a quarter of the energy used in the transport sector by 2050, a new report from multinational renewables agency IRENA said this week, which based its predictions on the highly optimistic assumption that pledges in the Paris climate agreement are met.
